To benefit our customers, we offer a full complement of testing equipment that our R & D personnel utilize for each customer's sample or drawing, to analyze, design, plan, and manufacture the most efficient and precise mold structure. Our R&D department not only possesses solid research capabilities, but also communicates clearly with customers on market positioning and design baseline from the very beginning. By researching, thinking and innovating continuously, we ensure each design meets the needs of our customers as well as adds value to their goods.

Design Team
Our designers and engineers utilize professional design and drawing software by Solidworks, Auto CAD and Adobe Illustrator to help our customers get quality products and to ensure that customers' products are received by their deadlines and at prices within their budgets. Any newly developed products are tested by our mold testing team and QC department to make sure a particular new mold will meet Cosmety's specified standards of quality.

Mock up Team
For our mock up team, we can deduct the tolerance cost for customers. From our experience, the tolerance can be controlled within ±0.05mm. It is high-speed molding and is not limited to complexity andstructure, which is a big difference from CNC machining. At the same time, this technology can generate fast confirmation of modification on the outer of producing inner structure in short time.
